This is a view of the Missouri River from the Yankton side. This small island has been a destination for many Yankton natives. It's lovely to paddle out in your canoe to the beach, bring a blanket and a picnic, and watch the beautiful sunset. The Missouri doesn't seem so wild in this beautiful spot.
